Terms and Conditions

(subject to change without notice)
Most of our customers prefer to order parts for which the part number has been worked out by our application engineers. This website does, however, provide guidance so that customers can work out a part number without consulting the factory. In cases where this approach is used, please include your specifications when ordering so that an applications engineer can verify that the correct part number was used.

Orders received by email, fax, or telephone will be accepted and conditionally processed until a hard copy purchase order is received.

Reactel offers several convenient payment methods including: Net 30 Account (subject to credit approval), MasterCard, Visa, and wire transfer. Please specify a payment method when you place your order.

From time to time, complex orders may be subject to a “Program Management” fee.  This fee will be listed on Reactel quotations as a separate line item and will be based on a percentage of the total order.  Imposition of this fee is solely at the discretion of Reactel and is in consideration of the complex scope of a particular order.
